2012-2013 Young Musician Registration

To register your child for lessons during our 2012-2013 year, here is what you'll need to do:

2. Print, initial, and return the Studio Policies Document.
   
   
3. Print, fill out, and return the Payment Method Document. 
   
   
4. If you opt for the Autopay option (which is our recommended payment option), please print, fill out, and return the Autopay Agreement. 
   
   
5. Print out our 2012-2013 Calendar for your own records. It contains many important dates. 
   
   

Once we have received your registration form (Step 1), your instructor will contact you to confirm your lesson day and time. Lesson availability is first come, first served. If you are unable to secure a day/time that works with your current instructor, please contact us to see if we may have another instructor available for your child.
